On June 15, 2017, Simulations Plus, Inc., a California corporation (the "Company"), issued a press release announcing preliminary revenues for the third fiscal quarter of fiscal year 2017 ended May 31, 2017. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
